Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and optimize strategic digital marketing campaigns (organic + paid) to generate high-quality leads.
- Manage social media content calendars, posting schedules, and community engagement across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Design, implement, and monitor email marketing campaigns (newsletters, drip sequences, etc.).
- Oversee SEO/SEM strategies to ensure our listings rank high and stay visible.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPL, ROI, ROAS) and prepare detailed weekly and monthly reports.
- Collaborate with the sales, creative, and product teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and retargeting campaigns.
- Stay on top of digital trends and creatively apply them to our projects and marketing executions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience (the real estate industry is a BIG plus).
- Proven experience managing paid media campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn).
- Strong grasp of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, HubSpot, etc.).
- Skilled in content marketing, copywriting, and creative storytelling.
- Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite) are an added advantage
