Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences, understand their needs, and develop customer personas.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and relevant content for online platforms, including websites, blogs, and social media channels.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using key metrics and analytics tools to optimize strategies and improve results.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for growth and optimization through strategic partnerships, influencer collaborations, and new digital marketing techniques.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, and provide recommendations for incorporating innovative and emerging technologies into marketing strategies.
  • Manage and maintain the company's online branding and reputation, ensuring consistency across all digital channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, design, and development, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Keep abreast of changes in digital marketing platforms, algorithms, and tools, and make recommendations for incorporating new features and functionalities into campaigns.


Requirements:

  • Minimum academic qualification of HND/Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in implementing successful digital marketing strategies, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proficiency in various digital marketing platforms and tools, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions and improve campaign performance.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and understanding of user experience principles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
