Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Digital Marketer to convert our monthly blog visitors to customers who join our community and buy our products. Our ideal candidate should be vast in creating sales funnels, landing pages, and automation flows as well as communicating intimately with potential customers.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Automation & Funnels: Create various automation to acquire and nurture leads.

  • Web Development: Convert our thousands of visitors into loyal customers using WordPress to build landing pages, run A/B tests, create opt-in pages, etc

  • Digital Marketing: Use relevant channels to promote our products, including email marketing, push notifications, PPC ads, Amazon KDP marketing

  • Product Management: Talk to community members, provide support, and grow the community at Woculus Academy as well as the email community.

  • Strategy; analyze, build, and communicate a comprehensive growth marketing plan to help the business achieve its revenue goals.

  • Teamwork; Collaborate with content creators to attract, retain, and build a community of loyal fans and students.

  • Strategy: Create exciting community activities to stimulate, engage, and grow the community. 

  • Customer Acquisition; take ownership of our customer acquisition channels - email marketing, push notifications, paid ads, social media, etc

  • Customer Conversion; own and improve how we convert our visitors into customers. You'll identify, test and roll out improvements.

  • Evaluate emerging technologies and brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

  • Work towards achieving the revenue and sales targets for the organization 

  • Implement and execute strategic plans for leveraging the blog, academy, and other available resources to grow the business.

  • Web development: Build landing pages and opt-in forms to convert visitors into community members and customers.

  • Email Marketing: Creating sales funnels, onboarding sequences, and various forms of automation. 



Requirements:

  • First Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Language Arts, Digital Technologies, or related fields

  • Hands-on experience in a growth marketing role

  • Demonstrable experience leading SEO/SEM, email marketing, push notifications,  social media and/or display advertising campaigns

  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels

  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends, Google Tag Manager, Mixpanel.)

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with diverse teams.

  • Experience using email marketing platforms like Mailchimp

  • Experience in building landing pages on WordPress
