Job Summary
The Digital Asset Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the digital strategy for Roots and Rhythms and its sister brand. This role requires a highly organized, creative, and data-driven individual with a strong understanding of social media, SEO/SMO, content marketing, and digital advertising. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the entertainment industry and possess excellent communication and analytical skills.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
- Develop and manage all social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat, etc.), ensuring consistent branding and engaging content.
- Create and curate compelling content, including photos, videos, stories, and live sessions, to increase followers and engagement.
- Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and optimize strategies to achieve growth objectives.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns to promote events, special offers, and brand awareness.
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster a strong online community.
SEO/SMO Management:
- Develop and implement SEO and SMO strategies to improve website visibility, organic traffic, and search engine rankings.
- Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and build high-quality backlinks.
- Manage and optimize online listings (e.g., Google My Business) to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Monitor website analytics, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance performance.
Content Strategy and Development:
- Develop a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the brand's objectives and target audience.
- Create a detailed content calendar, outlining the schedule for blog posts, social media updates, email marketing campaigns, and other digital content.
- Produce high-quality written, visual, and video content that is engaging, informative, and shareable.
- Ensure all content is consistent with the brand's voice, style, and messaging.
Digital Advertising:
- Plan, execute, and manage digital advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media advertising) to promote events and drive ticket sales/reservations.
- Set budgets, track campaign performance, and optimize strategies to maximize ROI.
- Analyze campaign data and provide regular reports on key metrics.
Website Management:
- Manage the company website, including updating event calendars, creating blog posts, and managing table reservations.
- Ensure the website is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for mobile devices.
- Collaborate with web developers to implement website updates and improvements.
Image Laundering:
- Enhance brand visibility through media features, influencer partnerships, and other public relations efforts.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with relevant media outlets and influencers.
- Coordinate media appearances, interviews, and press releases.
Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies.
- Develop, create, and manage email marketing campaigns
- Manage and build an email subscription list.
Reporting:
- Create daily reports on digital results, presence, and growth, including key metrics and insights.
- Analyze data to identify trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and make recommendations for improvement.
Mirror Responsibility:
- Replicate and manage all the above responsibilities for our sister brand - Caribe Restaurant and Lounge, ensuring consistency and alignment across both entities.
Requirements:
- HND/OND or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a similar role within the entertainment/hospitality industry is a plus.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat, etc.) and their best practices.
- Proficiency in SEO/SMO principles and techniques.
- Excellent writing, editing, and content creation skills.
- Experience with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, social media advertising).
- Familiarity with website management and content management systems (CMS).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and generate reports.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, work in different time zones, understand cultural differences and meet deadlines.
