The Culture Marketing Manager is part of the Marketing Team and responsible for dedicated Culture projects and programmes within the overall Nigerian business. He/She is responsible for building the image of the brand locally within the Culture landscape. He/she is also responsible for implementing defined strategies and frameworks for developing a solid base of credible programs and the dancer portfolio within the culture environment. Also, he/she’s responsible for the correct and proper realization of Red Bull, and 3rd party supported events in these areas of Dance, Music (including festivals), in line with Regional & Global strategies to increase Brand & Can love. RESPONSIBILITIESAreas that play to your strengthsAll the responsibilities we'll trust you with:Translate the International culture strategy into Red Bull event programs and concepts relevant in the country.Create and execute high quality events of all scales and leverage international projects and programs; create a unique experience for the audience.Quality and budget control and ensuring execution excellence.Plan and execute efficient branding strategies for Red Bull projects and third-party events.Ensure efficient logistic and event tools handling.Manage partnership and sponsorship negotiations.Work closely together with RBMH, Brand, and field marketing teams to ensure every project has an effective campaign to amplify the project.Evaluating the results and outcome/impact of all activitiesComprehensively documenting all activities and create case studies where applicableCoordinate finance on budgeting and contracts across all projectsEstablish a rich network of dancers and music talents and be to be aware of new upcoming trends and movements.Establish a strong portfolio of key dancers and music talents to work with on various projects and programs within the World of Red Bull.Drive “Can in hand” and product placement with key artists and talents and in defined key areas.Negotiate with dancers, artists/talents, and agencies.Follow all brand guidelines and deploy brand strategy in a culture.Shortlisting and briefing agencies for specific projectsCoordination with agencies from start to end for a particular projectManaging contracts, approvals, and licensing with the agency.Budget responsibility for selected areas of the national programLiaison with the international culture department for understanding guidelines and sharing key updates, and developing best practices.Establish mastery over Red Bull Culture Marketing tools.Coordinate activities beyond the culture projects like RBMH, Brand, On & Off Premise, Field, Finance & Operations, legal teams and other departments to maximize the efficiencies and consumer impact.Work with the Red Bull Media Network to design and contribute to unique stories, interesting topics, new formats, and top media contentNegotiating and securing relevant music, still images & moving images rights to ensure all created content can be sufficiently utilised for our media businessBuild and grow engagement to reach more people, more often and for longer with own and third-party initiativesManage the Red Bull brand appearance at all Culture program in line with international benchmarks and guidelines.Manage all Culture related information & data on internal platformsA minimum of three to five years previous work experience within the Music/Entertainment Industry, Events or Marketing Agency, PR agency or Artist managementKnowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel are a must.Ability to design and organise events and projects of all scales.Able to pursue a global company vision: management of strategic, marketing, communication, logistic, finance, legal and sales-oriented challenges.Have a clear understanding of the local & global lifestyle and entertainment industry.Leadership, Self-Motivation, Impeccable Interpersonal and Team skills.Creative, innovative, open-minded, sporty, self-conscious, motivated, capable of working in a team, leadership quality.Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication or Business Administration/Management or any other relevant discipline English (Verbal & Written) Travel 0-10%Culture Marketing Manager – Nigeria Red BullGiving wiiings to people and ideas since 1987In the 1980s Dietrich Mateschitz developed a formula known as the Red Bull Energy Drink.
