B.O.NI is a new e-commerce Nigerian multinational retail clothing chain that aims to promote accessible and distinctive African fashion brands both domestically and internationally. promoting premium clothing brands and increasing their visibility. You will be in charge of leading the creative direction of the company's marketing initiatives as our team's creative marketing lead. Your duties would include creating and implementing campaigns, working with other departments to make sure the company's overall brand vision is unified and consistent, and more. Your position will call for a combination of strategic and creative thinking, as well as the capacity to oversee projects from conception to completion.

- Develop and execute marketing campaigns that align with the company's overall brand vision and marketing goals.
- Lead creative brainstorms and provide direction to the marketing team on concept development, messaging, and design.
- Collaborate with the product and merchandising teams to ensure that marketing campaigns are aligned with the product offering and company direction.
- Manage the production process for marketing materials, including coordinating with designers, copywriters, and external vendors as necessary.
- Analyze marketing campaign results and make recommendations for future campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor marketing strategies to ensure the company is at the forefront of fashion marketing.
- Manage the company's social media channels, ensuring that content is engaging, on-brand, and optimized for engagement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with industry influencers and media outlets to increase brand awareness and reach.
- Minimum academic qualification of Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in a creative marketing role, preferably in the fashion industry.
- Strong understanding of branding and messaging, with a proven track record of developing successful marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and influencer marketing.
- Creative thinker with a strong eye for design and aesthetics.
- Understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
