Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Corporate Relations Officer to build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and partners. Job Description/Requirements

 Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential corporate clients.
  • Serve as the liaison between the printing press and corporate customers, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in target markets.
  • Present and promote printing services to corporate organizations, including large-scale printing, packaging, branding materials, and custom solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate execution of client projects.
  • Collect feedback from clients and relay insights to management for service improvement.
  • Maintain records of client interactions and transactions.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on client status, sales progress, and market trends.



Requirements

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary liaison between the company and corporate customers.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely project delivery.
  • Skilled in gathering client feedback and providing actionable insights to management for continuous improvement.
