We’re looking for a passionate Content Creator & Influencer Marketer to join our team and drive new business revenue through compelling storytelling and strategic influencer collaborations. You’ll be responsible for planning and executing both organic content and influencer campaigns that boost brand awareness, engagement, and sales. Your work will directly impact our top‑line growth by partnering with relevant creators and crafting scroll‑stopping social media posts.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Influencer Marketing (30 collaborations/month)
  • Identify and vet macro & micro influencers each month via Google and social media searches.
  • Send personalised collaboration pitches and conduct follow‑ups until partnerships are secured.
  • Manage the influencer pipeline, tracking deliverables and reporting on ROI.
  • Content Creation (20 posts per month)
  • Research competitors, analyse top-performing content, and use AI tools to craft 20 high‑impact social posts.
  • Shoot, edit, and publish a mix of video (Short‑form & Long‑form), photo, and graphic content with strong CTAs.
  • Analyse performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions) and optimise accordingly.
  • Daily Execution & Reporting
  • Join morning huddles (10 AM, Mon–Fri), share your numbers, wins, and blockers.
  • Submit end‑of‑day reports, update the influencer CRM pipeline, and ensure follow‑up tasks are created.


Requirements:

  • Content Creation & Storytelling: Expertise in shooting/editing video, strong copywriting for captions/hooks, and platform‑specific know‑how (TikTok, Reels, Shorts).
  • Brand & Audience Alignment: Ability to embody our brand voice and tap into audience emotions and pain points.
  • Influencer Strategy: Skilled at identifying, negotiating with, and managing influencer partnerships from outreach through reporting.
  • Analytics‑Driven: Proficient in tracking performance metrics and running A/B tests to optimise content and campaign ROI.
  • Project & Time Management: Highly organised, comfortable juggling multiple calendars, tools, and deadlines.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to work cross‑functionally and nurture creator relationships.
  • Trend Awareness: Culturally fluent in memes and viral formats, with a willingness to experiment boldly.


Compensation:

  • Hours: 8+ hours/day, Mon–Fri. Weekend work as needed to meet KPIs.
  • Availability: Must be reachable via WhatsApp between 8 am–6 pm daily.
  • Remote: Work from anywhere with reliable internet.
  • Time Off: Flexible—request in advance.


Remuneration: NGN 100,000 Monthly
