Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Community Management:
- Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for members, ensuring a positive experience and fostering a sense of belonging
- Oversee the daily operations of the co-working space, including managing memberships, space reservations, and facilities.
- Develop and implement community engagement initiatives, such as networking events, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Build relationships with members, addressing their needs and concerns, and maintaining a high level of member satisfaction.
- Act as a point of contact for member inquiries, providing timely and professional responses.
Digital Marketing:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase the visibility and membership growth of the co-working space.
- Create compelling content for digital platforms, including social media, website, blogs, and email newsletters, to attract prospective members.
- Utilize digital marketing techniques such as search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and social media advertising to maximize lead generation and conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics, including website traffic, social media engagement, and conversion rates, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing materials and campaigns to promote the co-working space effectively.
Events and Networking:
- Plan and organize various events and networking opportunities to facilitate collaboration and build a sense of community among members.
- Coordinate event logistics, including scheduling, vendor management, and promotion.
- Collaborate with external partners and local organizations to host joint events and expand networking opportunities for members.
- Seek feedback from members to continually improve the quality and relevance of events and networking initiatives.
Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate records of memberships, payments, and other administrative tasks using appropriate software and systems.
- Assist in budget planning and expense management related to the co-working space operations.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of facilities and amenities, coordinating with service providers and vendors as needed.
- Regularly assess the needs and requirements of the co-working space, making recommendations for improvements and enhancements.
- Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in community management, preferably in a co-working space, startup, or hospitality industry.
- Strong digital marketing skills, with expertise in social media management, content creation, email marketing, and SEO.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as social media management tools, email marketing software, and analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse individuals.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a creative mindset and the ability to think strategically.
- Familiarity with co-working industry trends and a passion for entrepreneurship and community building.
Remuneration: NGN 850,000 - 1.2m Per Annum depending on experience.
