Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute a comprehensive internal and external communications strategy
- Lead creation of branded content for websites, social media, newsletters, reports, and campaigns
- Coordinate public and media relations to amplify visibility
- Manage stakeholder messaging for partners, clients, and training participants
- Support branding and messaging for recruitment campaigns and program initiatives
- Monitor communication metrics and produce reporting insights
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s is an advantage)
- 2-3 years professional experience in communications, public relations, or brand strategy
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing, content strategy, and visual branding tools
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and project coordination skills
- Experience in consulting, nonprofit, or development sector communications is an advantage
