Job Summary

We are seeking to hire a skilled Communication Officer to serve as the primary liaison between clients and our team. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless communication, manage client requests, and support operational activities while maintaining professionalism and efficiency.

  • Experience Length : 1 year

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first response officer for client inquiries. 
  • Provide guidance and support to clients on service requests.
  • Monitor workflow, prioritize tasks, and ensure requests are addressed promptly. 
  • Communicate updates and escalate issues to the team lead. 
  • Coordinate and disseminate team instructions and directives. 
  • Represent the company during external meetings with clients and vendors. 


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (minimum). 
  • Experience in the travel industry, including handling local and international trips. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage. 
  • Certification in travel management is a plus. 
  • Organized, solutions-driven, and client-focused. 
  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience
