Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, and supervise civil engineering and construction projects.
- Prepare engineering drawings, project specifications, and technical reports.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor construction activities.
- Ensure compliance with COREN standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Review structural designs, project plans, and material specifications.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource utilization.
- Identify and resolve technical and construction-related issues.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure implementation of safety measures.
- Prepare progress reports and provide updates to management and clients.
- Ensure projects are completed according to approved standards and client expectations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Valid COREN certification is required.
- Proven experience in construction, infrastructure, or civil engineering projects.
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, construction methods, and regulatory standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD Pro, or related engineering software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
