Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve the target of selling across the globe.
  • Build and nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the industry to drive the adoption our products and establish long-term collaborations.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the achievement of sales targets.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, market demands, and competitor activities, and translate insights into actionable strategies. 
  • Collaborate closely with the product development team to provide market feedback, contribute to product enhancements, and identify opportunities for new offerings. 
  • Negotiate partnership agreements, contracts, and pricing terms to maximize business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Track and report on sales performance, partnership progress, and market trends to senior management, providing regular updates and insights. 
  • Identify and prioritize key growth opportunities, using data and research to identify target markets and user cohorts
  • Create strategies to leverage social media channels, such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc., to drive marketing, engagement, and lead generation
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales and partnership activities.
  • Develop and implement social media experiments, such as A/B testing, to drive growth 
  • Develop, implement, and monitor successful campaigns to drive ROI
  • Track performance, ROI, and results of ad campaigns


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field; a master's degree would be advantageous.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development within an e commerce industry, with a strong.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve ambitious targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective partnerships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities to leverage market insights and data in decision-making processes.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Familiarity with leading E-commerce platforms
  • Proven work experience as an Operations Manager or similar role
