We are looking to hire a Business Development Manager to join our Sales team. The successful hire is expected to take responsibility for managing Business Development Executives. To do well in this role you need a very fine eye for sales, and good knowledge of people management.

Job Description/Requirements
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Identify and onboard viable agents/ locations for onboarding.
2. Ensure BDEs are achieving their daily, weekly and monthly targets of transaction count, transaction value, bank account, loan and FairSave.
3. Ensuring BDEs are giving the POS terminal to the agents who have potential to achieve their transaction targets.
4.Prompt resolution of issues and complaints by POS Agents
5. Manage Agents’ activities and intensity in line with set targets.
6. Ensure daily visits to Agent location to monitor transactions as well as Agent overall welfare.
7. Ensure branding materials get to Agent locations and are appropriately displayed.
8. Visit to an Agent location to ensure proper management and use of the Bank’s POS terminals deployed to Agents..
- B.Sc in any discipline.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to Work using Excel.
- A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in agency banking.
- Ability to self-motivate and manage self.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different characters.
