Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for fire protection and security system solutions (CCTV, fire alarms, access control, etc.)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales leads and understand industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients.
- Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure client needs are met effectively.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-3 years experience in sales or business development (experience in security systems is a plus).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Familiarity with fire safety and security systems is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Remuneration: NGN 150,000
