Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive growth and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will have a passion for security technologies and a proven ability to build strong client relationships.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for fire protection and security system solutions (CCTV, fire alarms, access control, etc.)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales leads and understand industry trends.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure client needs are met effectively.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years experience in sales or business development (experience in security systems is a plus).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Familiarity with fire safety and security systems is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.


Remuneration: NGN 150,000
