Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven BDE to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving the company’s growth through effective sales strategies. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Experience Length : 3 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels ( emails, networking, etc.)
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Negotiate with clients to secure the most attractive prices.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3 years of proven experience in business development or sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales
  • Experience in the engineering industry is an added advantage.
