Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand and Communication Manager to oversee the quality and consistency of all external communications. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all communications meet high standards of quality, accuracy, and brand consistency, and that they effectively engage our target audience.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Review and approve all external communications, including marketing materials, press releases, social media posts, customer care emails, and other content, to ensure that all communications meet high standards of quality, accuracy, and brand consistency.
  • Ensure that all communications align with the company's brand voice, tone, and messaging.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy, clarity, and effectiveness of communications.
  • Maintain consistency in branding, formatting, and style across all communications.
  • Ensure that all communications reflect the company's values, mission, and brand identity.
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all teams and departments.
  • Review content for accuracy, completeness, and relevance to the target audience.
  • Ensure that all content is free of errors and meets high standards of quality.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to teams and individuals on content best practices.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure that communications are aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with external partners, such as realtors and partners, to ensure that communications meet company standards.
  • Develop and maintain processes and procedures for ensuring quality and consistency in external communications.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the quality and effectiveness of communications.
  • Develop, maintain, and update brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all communications.
  • Ensure that all teams and departments are aware of and adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure that communications are planned and executed effectively.
  • Ensure that all content is aligned with business objectives and target audience needs.
  • Develop and track metrics to measure the effectiveness of communications.
  • Analyze data and provide insights to inform future communication strategies.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to teams and individuals on communication best practices.
  • Ensure that all teams and departments are aware of company communication policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain crisis communication plans to ensure that the company is prepared for unexpected events.
  • Ensure that all communications during a crisis are handled effectively and efficiently.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in brand development, marketing, and communication.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, marketing principles, and communication techniques
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and the ability to ensure consistency in branding and messaging
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain processes and procedures
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop effective communication plans that align with business objectives.
  • Creativity: Ability to develop creative and innovative communication solutions that engage the target audience.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve communication objectives.
