Job Summary

We are looking to hire a Branding & Corporate Communications Associate who will be responsible for managing the company’s brand identity, digital marketing strategies, and all internal and external communications. This role will ensure consistent and impactful messaging, support business growth, promote customer engagement, and build a strong public image for TCL.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:
Branding and Identity Management:
  • Develop and maintain TCL’s brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms and materials. 
  • Craft compelling visual and narrative brand content that reflects TCL’s core values and services. 
  • Design and execute campaigns that reinforce the company’s brand positioning in the IT industry. 
Corporate Communications:
  • Draft, edit, and manage all corporate communication materials such as press releases, newsletters, speeches, and official statements. 
  • Ensure alignment of internal and external messages with the company’s mission and vision. 
  • Act as liaison between TCL and media outlets, stakeholders, and the public. 
Marketing Strategy and Execution:
  • Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to promote TCL’s services and visibility. 
  • Track, measure, and report performance of marketing campaigns, making recommendations for improvement. 
  • Collaborate with the sales teams to promote service features, use cases, and client success stories. 
Digital and Social Media Management:
  • Maintain and manage the company’s website content, ensuring up-to-date content, visual appeal, and SEO optimization. 
  • Manage social media platforms with regular, engaging content that reflects TCL’s voice and values. 
  • Monitor trends, feedback, and analytics to optimize digital presence. 
Stakeholder & Event Management:
  • Support the planning and execution of corporate events, product/service launches, and client engagements. 
  • Coordinate communication and promotional materials for conferences, webinars, and exhibitions. 
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, clients, media houses, and industry influencers. 

Requirements:
  • Minimum of degree
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
