Brand Manager & Strategist

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement brand strategies to enhance market presence and competitiveness.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, audience preferences, and industry insights.
• Create compelling brand messaging and positioning that aligns with company goals.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop marketing campaigns and promotional content.
• Oversee brand consistency across all communication channels and touchpoints.
• Monitor brand performance metrics and optimize strategies for better results.
• Manage client relationships, providing strategic guidance and ensuring brand alignment.
• Work with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of branding initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain brand relevance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or strategy within an agency setting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and consumer insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in digital marketing, branding tools, and analytics platforms is a plus.

Remuneration: NGN 150,000 Gross
