Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that align with the organization's goals and values. This includes defining brand positioning, target audience, and competitive analysis.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Plan, coordinate, and implement marketing campaigns to promote our restaurant and winery brands. This includes both online and offline initiatives, such as digital marketing, social media, advertising, and events.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the creation of compelling content that resonates with our target audience.
  • This may include website content, social media posts, blog articles, and promotional materials.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
  • Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to brand strategies.
  • Brand Identity: Maintain and enhance the visual and verbal brand identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints, including logos, packaging, signage, and messaging.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with various departments, including culinary, winemaking, and sales teams, to ensure that brand strategies are integrated into all aspects of the organization.
  • Budget Management: Manage the brand marketing budget efficiently, tracking expenses and ensuring maximum ROI for marketing initiatives.
  • Performance Analytics: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and brand initiatives. Utilize metrics to evaluate success and make data-driven improvements.


Requirements:

  • HND/BSc in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably in the restaurant or winery industry.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles, consumer behavior, and market trends.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for food, wine, and hospitality.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and lead cross-functional efforts.
