Key responsibilities include:
Deliver overall budgeted profitability by growing and sustaining brand performanceâ¢Develop Brand Strategy and communication to position for growthâ¢Formulate plans (short and long term) for the projection of the brand in the marketâ¢Explore and exploit new market opportunities for the brand.â¢Coordinate new market opportunities and new products development activities(NPD) by providing information on consumer preferencesâ¢Manage third party Partners towards Brand Plan execution, Maintain and grow the brandâs affiliations and partnershipsâ¢Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies and day to day brand management operations.â¢Continuously formulate strategies to widen the consumer base of the brand.â¢Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitorsâ activitiesâ¢Monitoring the performance of a brand through key performance indicators (KPI)
QualificationsA Degree in Social Sciences or related courses from a reputable university. A Post Graduate degree in related field/s would be a plus.
The Person must possessStrong analytical and critical thinking. Time management skills. Have excellent communication, interpersonal, reporting & presentation skills. Be a good team player.
ExperienceMinimum of 5 years of relevant experience within the FMCG industry.
