Job Summary
The Brand and Content Manager is a strategic role responsible for shaping and communicating the church’s brand identity, managing public relations, and driving the overall image of the church within the community and broader public sphere. This role will work closely with senior church leaders to ensure that all messaging aligns with the church’s values.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Create and execute a comprehensive branding strategy that captures the church’s mission, vision, and values.
- Develop brand guidelines and ensure consistent application across all communication channels.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local and national media.
- Write and distribute press releases, and manage media inquiries to ensure positive coverage of the church’s activities.
- Use social media and content to drive brand and awareness objectives.
- Prepare and implement crisis communication plans.
- Address any negative publicity or issues swiftly and effectively to protect the church’s reputation.
- Track and analyze brand performance and public perception.
- Use metrics and feedback to refine strategies and improve the church’s image
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience
- BSc. Degree in a relevant course of study
