Job Summary

A dynamic & creative Social Media Marketing personnel to lead & coordinate social media efforts. Working closely with our Advertising Agency to develop & execute a results-driven social media strategy across multiple platforms. Possession of a solid understanding of content trends, community engagement & campaign optimization to drive brand growth

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the social media content calendar in coordination with the advertising agency.
  • Identify key platforms to prioritize based on audience demographics and platform trends.
  • Review and approve content and creatives to ensure brand consistency.
  • Coordinate with the agency on paid ad campaigns, influencer collaborations, and engagement drives.
  • Monitor all social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) for trends, engagement, and feedback.
  • Manage community engagement: respond to comments, and queries, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rate, follower growth, click-through rate (CTR), and conversion.
  • Generate monthly performance summaries and insights for senior management.
  • Recommend adjustments to content mix and posting schedule based on analytics.
  • Ensure brand voice, compliance, and reputation are maintained across all platforms.
  • Assist in crisis communication and online reputation management.
  • Stay updated with new tools, algorithms, and platform trends.


Requirements:

  • Age between 25 to 30 years.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of hands-on social media experience (in-house or agency-side).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels, content strategy, and analytics.
  • Experience working with design/content creation tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Familiar with scheduling & analytics tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite).
  • Good coordination, communication, and copywriting skills.
  • Strong sense of aesthetics, pop culture trends, and brand tonality.
