Accounting Intern Trainee

Responsibilities:

• Acquire and apply best practices for maintaining accurate and well-organized financial records.
• Assist in the input and documentation of financial transactions.
• Engage in the processing of invoices, and the reconciliation of accounts.
• Collaborate with teams to understand the entire accounts process from start to finish.
• Support in the preparation of periodic financial reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop proficiency in using accounting software and various reporting tools.
• Familiarize yourself with the audit process and assist in preparing important documentation.
• Collaborate closely with the audit team to address inquiries and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Work in tandem with colleagues from diverse departments to comprehend and assist with their financial requirements.
• Foster effective communication and teamwork throughout the organization.

Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with a fundamental understanding of accounting principles.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
