Waiter

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and attend to customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Serve meals and drinks promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure tables are properly set and maintained.
• Assist customers with menu recommendations when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the dining area.
• Handle customer complaints politely and escalate when necessary.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service delivery.
• Ensure proper handling of cash and POS transactions where required.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and restaurant service standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be neat, presentable, and well-groomed.
• Strong customer service attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Team spirit and attention to detail.

Preferred Candidates:

• Candidates residing in Ikota, Lekki, Ajah, Chevron, Agungi, Osapa, Jakande, Sangotedo, or nearby areas are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates from other locations willing to relocate are also welcome, as accommodation is provided.
