Location: Lagos Physical Office

Salary Range: NGN 300k – NGN 400K


Job Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven Amadeus Specialist / Travel & Tour Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate is an expert in using Amadeus GDS, has hands-on experience in travel booking and itinerary planning, and possesses a strong background in sales, marketing, and business development within the travel and tourism industry. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for travel, strong client relationship skills, and a proven ability to drive sales and close deals, particularly with corporate clients.


Key Responsibilities:

 Develop and execute strategic business development plans to attract and retain individual and corporate travel clients.

 Manage all aspects of travel bookings (flights, hotels, car rentals, tour packages) using Amadeus and other platforms, including the booking site.

 Identify, pitch, and secure travel contracts and packages for high-value clients and companies.

 Create compelling travel packages and promotions tailored to diverse customer segments.

 Maintain and grow client relationships through consistent communication and high-quality service delivery.

 Drive both digital and traditional marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility, engagement, and conversion.

 Monitor industry trends to introduce innovative travel solutions and maintain competitiveness.

 Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities for growth.

 Submit weekly performance and marketing strategy reports to management.

 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client travel arrangements.

 Meet or exceed monthly sales and profitability targets.

 Perform other related tasks as required.


Qualifications & Skills

 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Marketing, or a related field.

 5+ years of experience in travel sales, marketing, or business development.

 Strong proficiency in Amadeus GDS and other major travel booking systems.

 Demonstrated success in closing corporate travel deals and growing client portfolios.

 Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

 Strong organisational and project management abilities.

 Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and a customer-first mindset.

 Creative and passionate about curating unforgettable travel experiences.

 Ability to work well independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
