We are looking for an experienced Travel Manager to oversee daily travel operations, manage clients, lead staff, and drive sales growth.
Requirements
3–5 years experience working in a travel agency
Strong knowledge of ticketing, reservations & travel operations
Excellent customer service experience
Computer literate (email, MS Office, booking systems)
Digital marketing experience (social media, WhatsApp marketing)
Leadership and team management skills
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily travel operations
Supervise ticketing & reservations staff
Manage key clients and handle escalations
Drive sales and business growth
Support digital marketing and lead conversion
