Responsibilities:
- Operate tipper trucks safely for material transportation to and from project sites.
- Load, transport, and unload materials in accordance with site instructions.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report defects or maintenance needs.
- Ensure proper securing of loads and adherence to weight limits.
- Follow traffic laws, site rules, and safety procedures at all times.
- Maintain accurate trip logs, delivery notes, and fuel records.
- Coordinate with site supervisors and logistics personnel.
- Keep the vehicle clean and in good working condition.
- Report accidents, breakdowns, or incidents immediately.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license appropriate for heavy-duty vehicles.
- Minimum of 1–2 years experience driving tipper or dump trucks.
- Good knowledge of traffic laws and road safety regulations.
- Ability to operate tipper mechanisms safely.
- Physically fit and able to work long hours if required.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance is an advantage.
- Honest, reliable, and safety-conscious.
