We are seeking to hire for the role of Dispatch Monitoring & Client Support Officer
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and oversee active moving jobs to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
- Maintain regular communication with drivers and field staff throughout each job
- Provide real-time updates to customers regarding job progress and status
- Quickly identify and resolve delays or issues during operations
- Record and update job details, timelines, and service outcomes accurately
- Coordinate with the operations and sales team to ensure seamless service execution
- Follow up with customers after service completion when necessary
Requirements:
- Must reside in Alimosho LGA, Lagos (compulsory requirement)
- Strong communication skills (spoken and written English)
- Good computer skills and ability to use basic digital tools
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Previous experience in logistics, dispatch, or customer support is an advantage
Work Schedule: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM (WAT)
Remuneration: NGN150,000 per month (₦125,000 per month during the first 3 months of probation)
Benefits:
- Training Period (First Month): NGN100,000
- Performance Bonuses: Available based on efficiency and service delivery
