Talent Consultant and Associate HR

Maxystuff is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Talent Consultant & Associate HR to join our growing team.

📍 Location: Lagos

💰 Remuneration: Negotiable

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for internal and client roles

• Source and engage top talent through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach

• Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring processes

• Prepare candidate profiles and recruitment reports

• Manage talent pipelines and recruitment trackers

• Support onboarding and post-placement activities

• Build and maintain a strong talent database

• Collaborate with clients and hiring managers throughout the recruitment cycle

Requirements:

✅ Minimum of 2 years' experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition

✅ Experience sourcing, interviewing, and assessing candidates

✅ Knowledge of LinkedIn, job boards, and ATS platforms

✅ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

✅ Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
