Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, source, and hire top-tier talent that aligns with JMG Limited’s strategic goals and culture. This role requires a proactive individual with expertise in employer branding, strategic sourcing, and providing an exceptional candidate experience to fill positions across various departments including Engineering, Sales, Operations, Finance, and Administration.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Talent Sourcing & Recruitment:
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles: from job requisition and posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Utilize multiple channels (job boards, social media, LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, referrals, career fairs, and recruitment agencies).
- Specialize in sourcing for technical roles (e.g., Engineers, Technicians) and commercial roles within the industrial sector.
2. Candidate & Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive and professional experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and business needs.
- Conduct competency-based interviews and coordinate assessment centers or technical tests as required.
- Provide timely updates and market insights to hiring managers and HR leadership.
3. Employer Branding & Process Improvement:
- Champion JMG Limited’s employer brand in the talent marketplace.
- Contribute to the development of recruitment marketing content for social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
- Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes, tools, and metrics for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
4. Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and local labor laws.
- Prepare regular recruitment reports on key metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, candidate pipeline status).
Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role, preferably within engineering, manufacturing, industrial services, or FMCG.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other professional social sourcing tools.
- Hands-on experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or HRIS.
- Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Preferred:
- Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM-CP, PHRi) is a strong advantage.
- Experience recruiting for technical/engineering roles.
- Demonstrable experience in building employer branding initiatives.
