Job
Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized
and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to support our end-to-end supply chain
operations within a fast-paced FMCG environment. The ideal candidate will
manage procurement, inventory, logistics, and distribution processes to ensure
product availability, timely delivery, and cost-efficient operations.
Key
Responsibilities:
Coordinate procurement, inventory management,
warehousing, and distribution activities.
Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to
meet FMCG demand patterns.
Work closely with suppliers to track orders, negotiate
terms, and ensure on-time deliveries.
Collaborate with production, sales, and warehouse teams
to ensure smooth material flow.
Track and update purchase orders, delivery schedules,
shipment documentation, and GRN records.
Analyze supply chain data to identify trends,
shortages, delays, and improvement areas.
Support demand planning and forecasting to maintain
optimal inventory levels.
Ensure compliance with FMCG quality standards,
regulatory requirements, and company policies.
Resolve supply chain issues such as delays, shortages,
or logistics disruptions.
Prepare regular supply chain reports for management
decision-making.
Requirements:
B.Sc./HND in Supply Chain Management, Logistics,
Business Administration, or related field.
4–6 years’ experience in supply chain, logistics, or
procurement within an FMCG environment (preferred).
Strong understanding of FMCG supply chain dynamics
(high-volume, fast-moving inventory).
Proficiency in MS Office and supply chain/ERP software.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and vendor
management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet
tight deadlines.
