Job Summary
The store manager is responsible for supervising all the operations of the amusement arcade store. The store manager will oversee and manage staff relations and compliance as well as monitor the use of arcade machines and equipment. The candidate is also responsible for accounting for the store’s revenues & sales, customer complaints and issues.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Managing and overseeing staff activities.
- Dealing with customer queries and complaints.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety guides.
- Maintaining Inventory of games, equipment and supplies.
- Reviewing all end of day transactions.
- Calling and scheduling staff and maintenance workers.
- Develop effective marketing strategies aimed at driving revenue.
- Build a strong network to ensure traffic flow of customers to the arcade.
- Ensure all games are properly maintained and working perfectly at all times.
- Drive all the subordinates to provide exceptional customer service.
- Forecast and track revenue on weekly or monthly basis.
- Monitor customers’ consciousness to safety guidelines in the arcade.
- Ensure maximum safe
and secure environment for the customers and staff.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor’s Degree.
- Character reference required
- Minimum of 5 years of proven work experience.
- Exceptional Leadership skills
- Ability to work with less supervision and multitask.
- Attention to details and social personality.
- Computer savvy with proficiency in Microsoft office suite.
