Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Perform professional spa treatments including facials, body massages, body scrubs, waxing, manicure, and pedicure.
- Conduct client consultations and recommend suitable skincare and wellness treatments.
- Prepare treatment rooms and maintain strict hygiene and infection control standards.
- Educate clients on treatment procedures and aftercare.
- Monitor treatment products and report low stock levels.
- Participate in approved photo and video content creation for the company's social media platforms.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an OND in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, Spa Therapy, or a related field (relevant professional certifications are an added advantage).
- 1–2 years of experience as a Spa Therapist or Beauty Therapist.
- Strong knowledge of facial and body treatments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance with high standards of personal hygiene and grooming.
- Good customer service and sales skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Remuneration: NGN100,000 per month
Location: Ojodu Berger, Lagos
