Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Perform facials, massages, body treatments, and other beauty services
- Perform treatments such as chemical peels, LED therapy and microdermabrasion as trained
- Carry out consultations and recommend suitable treatments and home care
- Perform non-invasive treatments including body sculpting, cavitation and teeth whitening
- Maintain treatment rooms, equipment and hygiene standards
- Maintain accurate client records and treatment plans
- Provide excellent client care and customer service
- Support product sales and recommendations
- Participate in content creation, demonstrations and brand promotion
Requirements:
- Experience in beauty therapy and aesthetic treatments
- Knowledge of skincare, treatment procedures and hygiene standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and excellent grooming
- Customer-focused with a warm and friendly approach
- Good product recommendation and sales skills
- Comfortable participating in social media content
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new treatments and techniques
