- Respond to DMs & comments
- Attend to clients & manage bookings
- Assist with product upsells & front desk operations
Requirements:
- Minimum of an OND/HND in Mass Comm, Marketing, Business Admin, or related
- Minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Knowledge of Canva, WhatsApp Business & basic ads
- Strong communication & professional grooming
- Customer-focused & willing to learn
