Job Summary:
We're looking for recent Civil or Mechanical Engineering graduates to work on-site, overseeing project execution, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery. This role offers hands-on experience, mentorship, and career growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (2:1 or higher)
- 1-3 years of experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
- Willing to travel and work in sites across Nigeria
- Must have completed NYSC
Responsibilities:
- Supervising and coordinating construction work to ensure compliance with designs, specifications, and safety standards.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor progress
- Collaborate with contractors, architects, and project managers
- Prepare reports, documentation, and drawings
