Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day site operations and construction activities
- Interpret and implement architectural and engineering drawings
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines
- Coordinate artisans, subcontractors, and site workers
- Ensure quality control across all stages of construction
- Oversee finishing works to ensure high standards
- Enforce health and safety regulations on-site
- Report project updates to management
Requirements:
- HND/B.Sc. in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 3–5 years' relevant experience
- Proven experience in building and general civil construction
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, especially finishing works
- Basic computer literacy (e.g., MS Office, project tools)
- Experience in swimming pool construction is an added advantage
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Remuneration: NGN 200,000 monthly (negotiable based on experience)
