Job Title: Shrink Sleeve Operator

Location: Ojota

Salary: 200,000 - 300,000

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor shrink sleeve labeling machines
• Load and align shrink sleeve film according to product specifications
• Adjust machine settings to ensure proper sleeve placement and shrink quality
• Perform changeovers for different products, sizes, and sleeve materials
• Inspect finished products for defects such as wrinkles, misalignment, or damage
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic mechanical or operational issues
• Perform routine cleaning, preventive maintenance, and sanitation of equipment
• Maintain accurate production, downtime, and quality records
• Follow all safety, GMP, and company policies
• Communicate effectively with su          pervisors and maintenance teams
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience operating shrink sleeve or labeling equipment preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to read work orders, production schedules, and specifications
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
