Our Client is a PR agency looking to expand the team and are in search of a Senior PR Manager with at least 5 years of experience who is willing to contribute positively to the team.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating all public relations and marketing communications activities.
  • Developing and executing marketing communication plans including strategy, goals, budget, and tactics using varying communication channels
  • Analyzing, implementing and defining communications key performance indicators for client briefs and campaigns
  • Developing a media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast, and online media
  • Managing Client relationships and fostering relationships with new clients
  • Prospecting new clients and creating necessary communications pitch decks
  • Leveraging existing Media relationships and cultivating new contacts within business and industry media.
  • Managing media inquiries and interview requests.
  • Creating content for press releases, byline articles, and keynote presentations.
  • Monitoring, analyzing, and communicating PR results on a daily/monthly/quarterly basis.
  • Evaluating opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising on an ongoing basis.
  • Building relationships with thought leaders to grow industry awareness.
  • Maintaining a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and making appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them.
  • Managing communications team to ensure the successful completion of client briefs.
  • Managing influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Developing, executing and maintaining crisis management strategies on behalf of clients.
  • Overseeing and coordinating team members to execute public relations and communication plans.


Requirements:

  • BSc degree in communications or any related fields
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a public relations agency or incorporate communication
  • Strong account management and corporate communications skills
  • Excellent team management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple clients
