Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Salon Manager to be responsible for the successful operations of the salon, including profitability, maintaining strong customer relationships, customer satisfaction and staff management. The Salon Manager may perform technical tasks, such as troubleshooting technical issues and may perform administrative tasks, such as managing team performance and checking the quality of inventory. You will Lead your teams of salon staff to provide excellent services, maximize profit and follow all health and safety regulations.

Job Description/Requirements

Salon Manager Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining positive relationships with customers.

  • Identifying customer needs and overseeing service delivery within the business context.

  • Leading the service delivery team, managing conflict, and ensuring the team's processes and tasks are carried out efficiently.

  • Oversee hiring, training, performance reviews and dismissing staff members

  • Overseeing client bookings and scheduling staff 

  • Effective handling of client’s complaints and ensuring client satisfaction

  • Managing finances and budgets.

  • Reporting on salon operations 

  • Determining ways to reduce costs without sacrificing customer satisfaction.

  • Assessing customer feedback and using your creativity to establish, improve, and refine services.

  • Remaining organized and meeting deadlines.

  • Building partnerships and liaising with team leaders to determine the company's services, delivery criteria, and solutions for issues that may arise.

  • Procurement of goods 

Salon Manager Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a Business-related field.

  • Experience in a busy salon or spa environment as a manager is essential 

  • With at least 2 years of experience.

  • Experience in customer service, leadership, and logistics may be advantageous.

  • Good computer skills and the ability to use business support software.

  • Strong customer service, project management, and quality control skills.

  • Good resource planning skills.

  • Excellent leadership and customer service skills.

  • Knowledge and passion for healthy hair care is an advantage

  • Excellent communication skills and excellent command of the English language

Salary Expectation: 70,000
