Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

• Sell cooperative products and services using solid cooperative product knowledge to help prospective members make positive decisions.

• Expand Cooperative membership through public engagement and interactions 

• Maintain a positive business relationship with members  to ensure continuous sales and 

• on-boarding new cooperative members 

• Coordinate feedback between the cooperative and its members through the Sales team lead.

• Onboarding new members on the platform of the cooperative on a day-to-day basis. 

• Fostering a good business relationship with new and existing members of the cooperative. 

• Ability to engage and up-sell different services being offered by the cooperative to existing and prospective members. 

• Understanding the basic operations of the cooperative its array of products and service offerings.

• Developing new business ideas on how to sell the products of the cooperative.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or any related field.

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Sales Representative.
  

• Excellent Selling, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Highly resilient and unfazed in the face of rejection and objection.

• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.

• Highly motivated and result driven.  

• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.

Remuneration: 100k plus other benefits

Note: Residence around Yaba axis is a plus.
