Position: Restaurant Manager
Our client is searching for a Restaurant Manager for an Africa themed Delivery/takeout restaurant located in Abuja. This is a new operation and we require an experienced person capable of delivering top-notch service.
- Responsible for hiring and on-boarding process of all staff
- Achieve and maintain a minimum of 5% annual growth in profit by managing cost such as reducing unnecessary overtime and inventory waste
- Manage the store and analyze sales for profits and losses throughout the month.
- Implement a delivery system that will help increase and retain sales for the restaurant
- Ensure customer satisfaction with every part of the order and delivery experience, from initial greeting through order completion.
- Ensure staff adhere to policies, procedures and regulations and provide discipline when necessary.
- Coordinate with operations to develop strategic plans to increase production, productivity and customer service.
- Oversee preparation of food, menus and beverages with full authority over inventory and ordering.
- Provide coaching and mentoring for staff as needed which developed an efficient and respectful team.
- Degree in Operations Management, Sales, Business Administration, Management or similar field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience with at least 3 years managerial or supervisory experience in a restaurant
- Proven communication and leadership skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Business development or entrepreneurial experience a plus
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
