Job Summary

We are seeking a highly adaptable and customer-focused Supervisor who will lead our EMR Account Officers to join the team. The Service Delivery Regional Supervisor will play a vital role in the successful deployment of NeoEMR in government hospitals throughout Nigeria. This role requires an individual who can engage effectively with his direct team, frontline healthcare workers, understand their needs, and ensure a seamless transition to NeoEMR. The ideal candidate should also be IT proficient, travel ready and proficient in multiple languages, including Hausa, and or Igbo, and or Yoruba.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Leadership: lead a team of Neo EMR Account Holders, keep them motivated and to perform at a high levels.
  • Customized Deployment: Customize NeoEMR deployment strategies to address the unique challenges and resources of government hospitals, with a primary focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Frontline Engagement: Build strong relationships with hospital staff, listen to their concerns, and oversee the smooth integration of NeoEMR, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
  • Language Proficiency: Leverage fluency in Hausa, Yoruba, and English to communicate effectively with hospital staff, patients, and local communities, ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Technical Support: Collaborate with the technical team to address hardware and software issues, providing on-site assistance while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Training and Education: Develop and deliver training programs to hospital staff, bridging the gap between technical excellence and practical application, with a key emphasis on customer satisfaction.
  • Liaise with Management: Engage with local authorities to educate patients and promote community ownership of NeoEMR, driving customer satisfaction.
  • Scalable Growth: Assist in expanding NeoEMR deployment to other government hospitals, incorporating lessons learned from initial implementations to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Travel:
  • Willingness to travel frequently to various government hospitals across Nigeria.
  • Ability to adapt to different locations and environments, always with a focus on customer satisfaction.


Requirements:

  • Middle-level management experience in healthcare, IT, or related fields with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.
  • Confident, eloquent and friendly to deliver training and communicate with both management and front office staff.
  • Diplomatic- Ability to influence the staff at the hospitals in the adoption and usage of NeoEMR while being approachable
  • Proficiency in multiple languages, including Hausa, Yoruba, and English.
  • Strong IT skills and a deep understanding of the technical aspects of NeoEMR, with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, focusing on customer satisfaction.
  • Proven ability to manage projects and meet deadlines, with a dedication to customer satisfaction.
