To support our expanding housing portfolios and infrastructure projects, we are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our team.

Responsibilities
- Cost Estimation: Prepare feasibility studies, budget estimates, and detailed cost plans for new real estate developments.
- Bills of Quantities: Standardize and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ), tender documents, and materials schedules.
- Tender Evaluation: Evaluate tenders from contractors and subcontractors and assist in negotiating contract terms.
- Site Valuations: Conduct regular site visits to measure completed work and certify payments for contractors.
- Cost Control: Track and control project expenditure against budgets and manage variations or cost changes during construction.
- Final Accounts: Settle final accounts with contractors and prepare comprehensive financial project reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an HND in Quantity Surveying.
- Minimum of 4–6 years of field experience with a real estate developer or main construction contractor.
- Professional registration with the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NIQS) and QSRBN is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in QS software (e.g., WinQS, QSPlus) and Microsoft Excel. Ability to read architectural and engineering blueprints.
- Negotiation skills, numerical and analytical skills, and understanding of Nigerian construction laws and material costs.
