Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and coordinate construction/project activities.
- Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress.
- Prepare and review relevant technical documentation.
- Liaise with contractors, clients, and other professionals.
- Monitor quality, materials, measurements, and project standards.
- Identify and resolve technical or site-related issues.
- Prepare progress reports and other required documentation.
Requirements:
- HND in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Quantity Surveying.
- 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong knowledge of construction/project processes.
- Good technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Must be organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- Male candidates preferred.
- Ability to work effectively with contractors and project teams.
Location: GRA, Port Harcourt
Requirements: NGN 200,000-250,000 monthly
