Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural concepts, design schemes, and detailed drawings in line with client briefs and regulatory requirements.
- Produce working drawings, technical details, and construction documentation to a high professional standard.
- Coordinate with structural, mechanical, electrical, and other consultants to ensure design integration.
- Conduct site visits, monitor contractors, and prepare site reports during construction.
- Participate in client meetings, design presentations, and project reviews.
- Support the preparation of feasibility studies, design proposals, and tender documentation.
- Ensure all deliverables comply with ARCON and NIA standards and relevant building codes.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- 4-5 Years of post-NYSC professional experience in an architectural practice.
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit is essential, with demonstrated BIM experience on live projects.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Lumion or Enscape is an added advantage.
- Sound understanding of construction methods, materials, and services coordination.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
