Job Summary

We are seeking motivated and resourceful individuals to join our team as a quality assurance officer. In this role, you will be responsible for communicating with registered employers who have vacancies, and registered Jobseekers to confirm their job matching and placement status across the 6 Job centers on a weekly basis. You will also be responsible for listening to and reviewing the calls made by the placement call center to ensure they adhere to the call script and SOP document.

  • Minimum Qualification : HND
  • Experience Level : Mid level
  • Experience Length : 2 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the recruitment/desk officers across all Job centers to collate all placements recorded.
  • Call employers to verify placement details of hired jobseekers.
  • Call Jobseekers when necessary to confirm placement or track impact. 
  • Work closely with the MERL teams to audit call recording for the call center.
  • Improve existing metrics for Quality Assurance reviews.
  • Carry out weekly audits on call recordings for each of the call center agents.
  • Attend meetings relating to the call center and job center to be abreast of all recent updates or changes.
  • Work closely with all recruitment/desk officers to maintain accurate records of job vacancies, candidate profiles, and recruitment activities.
  • Keep track of and provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on the number of Job listings, applicants and total vacancies fulfilled across all job centers.
  • Report directly to the Partnerships team.  


Requirements:

  • Fluency in Hausa Language
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision
  • In-depth knowledge of the script and metrics for determining quality. 
  • Must be able to provide accurate and timely reporting.
  • Prior experience working in QA or similar roles.
  • Have an educational background or recognized certifications in communications, quality management, or related fields.


Contract Role:
6 Months 


Work Mode: Hybrid ( 1 day WFO, and 4 days WFH)


Remuneration: NGN
 150,000 Gross
