Job Summary
We are an indigenous skincare manufacturer looking for a seasoned Quality Assurance expert to run our QA/QC department.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Monitor all operations that affect quality, and analyze data in order to find areas for growth.
- Assure the reliability and consistency of production by checking processes and final output.
- Devise procedures to inspect and report quality issues.
- Investigate reports of product quality issues and ensure resolution in accordance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Develop or update procedures for capture, investigation, and documentation of product complaints.
- Monitor risk-management procedures, maintain problem logs, and report issues to managers and product developers.
- Provide training and support to quality assurance team members that covers systems, policies, procedures, and core processes.
- Report all malfunctions to production executives to ensure immediate action.
- Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing quality data.
- Review current standards and policies in compliance with government regulations.
- Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews, and relevant documentation.
- Communicate with external quality assurance officers during on-site inspections.
- Design, implement, and improve company quality standards and ensure all legal standards are met.
- Train, motivate, coach, and correct employees to ensure quality standards are met.
- Review processes to ensure alignment with current trends and formulate strategies to increase productivity.
Requirements:
- 15 years of proven experience as a quality assurance manager in the manufacturing industry.
- Master’s degree in Chemistry/Industrial Chemistry required.
- Technical proficiency is a must to use computers and generate reports.
- Ability to analyze data, and create, and review processes.
- In-depth knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards.
- Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods.
- Outstanding communication skills and good knowledge of MS Office and databases.
- Great attention to detail with a result-driven approach.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
- Willingness to assist other departments in developing solutions and metrics.
