Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement M&E frameworks to monitor project performance and impact.
- Develop performance indicators and data collection tools to track project outcomes.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to assess the effectiveness of projects.
- Produce M&E reports, including recommendations for improving project performance.
- Ensure compliance with internal standards and client/donor reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision-making.
- Conduct periodic field visits to verify data accuracy and validate project progress.
- Assist in the development of proposals by providing input on M&E requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, Project Management, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation, ideally in tech, legal, or consultancy sectors.
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or other M&E software.
- Strong analytical and report-writing skills.
- Ability to interpret and present data to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of project management principles is a plus.
